3-D Animation: How The Sahara Desert Feeds The Amazon

This beautiful video from NASA shows us just how connected our world really is. Our planet is a pretty awesome place. 

Sometimes it's easy to forget about just how interconnected certain systems that sustain life really are. Geography on one end of the earth can be defined by something that is carried through natural forces for thousands of miles. This is kind of a crazy concept, so thanks to NASA for coming up with this study and subsequent visualization.
